I don’t usually write reviews, but I really felt I had to say something about how much AusRehab helped me. After my accident and working with another rehab company, I was feeling lost and didn’t know what was going to happen with my life. I was in pain all the time and getting the runaround from people who were supposed to help. Then I got connected with Matt from AusRehab and everything changed. Matt is kind but brutally honest, which I really appreciate. He has a way of explaining things that actually makes sense. He listened to me and didn’t treat me like just another number. He helped me through every step — with the doctors, the paperwork, my appointments, even just being someone I could talk to when things got too much. He made me feel like I wasn’t alone in this. I wish I had been working with Matt from the start — things would’ve been so different. I was in a really dark place, but Matt made me feel like I had someone in my corner. I don’t have all the fancy words, but all I can say is he really cared. I felt like I mattered. Thank you, Matt, and thank you, AusRehab, for helping me when I needed it most.

I am very grateful for the support I received from Matt at Revamp Psychology. I felt listened to, understood and treated with genuine respect. Matt understood not only the psychological impact of my injury, but also the additional stress and uncertainty that comes with the recovery and claim process. The sessions were practical, supportive and tailored to what I was experiencing. I developed a better understanding of my symptoms and felt more confident managing them in my daily life. Having appointments by telehealth also made accessing treatment much easier. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone needing psychological support following a workplace injury.

I had an excellent experience with Aus Rehab Rehabilitation Centre, and I would especially like to thank Hans for his outstanding support throughout my recovery. Hans was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He provided helpful guidance on the medical aspects of my rehabilitation and worked closely with my doctors to develop a treatment plan that suited my condition perfectly. Thanks to his efforts and coordination, my pain was greatly reduced, and my recovery went very smoothly. He also managed all of the insurance-related matters on my behalf and kept me informed every step of the way. I am truly grateful for everything Hans has done for me. I highly recommend Aus Rehab Rehabilitation Centre and Hans to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and effective rehabilitation services.

It has been an amazing experience, working with Zuming who is compassionate, patient, supportive, transparent and knowledgeable when working with me and dealing with work related injuries… his support made it smooth and easy for me during difficult times. I feel confident and hopeful in my recovery journey and he was a big help and taking care of communication with the insurance company, doctors and work/manager on my return to work plan. I've been with Ausrehab for several months now, and I'm very satisfied with their rehabilitation providers. I'd like to mention this as a general positive comment. They've been instrumental in my recovery, not only for my mental well-being but also for my physical health, helping me stay motivated and focused throughout this challenging process. The support I received from numerous departments has been invaluable. Specifically, I want to commend John, Paulo, and Ronit for their exceptional contributions. I don't know how I could have done it if it weren't for their exceptional guidance and support. I am more than satisfied with the time they have chosen to give me. Have a good day, thank you all. Frequently Asked Questions

What is an ergonomics training?

An ergonomics training is a group session that covers workstation setup, posture, equipment, and work habits to identify risks that may cause discomfort or strain across your team. It helps improve setup, support safer work practices, and reduce common desk-based issues.

What happens during an ergonomics training?

Our specialist delivers hands-on group training covering desk setup, chair position, monitor height, keyboard and mouse placement, posture, and task demands. AusRehab‘s session also addresses workstation risks and gives every participant practical recommendations to improve their comfort and safety.

How does an ergonomics training help prevent injuries?

An ergonomics training identifies early warning signs such as poor posture, awkward positioning, and repetitive strain risks before they become bigger problems. That can help reduce neck pain, back strain, and other workstation-related issues.

How long does an ergonomics training take?

An ergonomics group training session typically takes up to 2 hours. Sessions are delivered at your workplace with minimal disruption to your working day.

Who should get a ergonomics training session?

An ergonomics training is useful for businesses with office-based staff, screen-based roles, hybrid teams, or remote employees reporting discomfort at their workstation. It is also a good fit for employers wanting to improve workstation safety across a team.

Can ergonomics training help with existing injuries?

Yes, they can support workers who already have discomfort, strain, or injury-related workstation concerns.

What are the benefits of ergonomics group training?

For employers, it demonstrates a commitment to staff wellbeing, helps meet WHS obligations, and can reduce the likelihood of costly compensation claims and lost work time.

Are ergonomics training tax deductible?

In most cases, ergonomics training and ergonomic equipment are tax-deductible if they’re legitimate business expenses. However, this depends on your individual circumstances, so we recommend confirming with your accountant or tax adviser.

What are the long-term benefits of ergonomics training?

Over time, ergonomics training can help reduce discomfort, improve workstation habits, and support better productivity. They can also help employers lower avoidable risk and improve workplace comfort across the team.

Can employers request ergonomics group training for their team?

Yes. AusRehab‘s Ergonomics Group Training is designed specifically for teams of 25 or more.
